How can I change my billing address for the Porsche Charging Service?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to update your billing address for the Porsche Charging Service in the My Porsche app or web:

My Porsche app*

Open the My Porsche app on your phone (login required).Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).Tap Charging Service.Tap Manage subscription. You will be directed to the web version of My Charging.Choose Subscription.Scroll down to Billing Address.Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.You can choose between a home or business address. Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address).Click Save changes.

My Porsche web

Log in to My Porsche in your browser to access your Payment methods.Click on subscription management below your stored preferred payment method.Scroll down to Billing Addresses.Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.You can choose between a home or business address depending on your Porsche Charging Service contract type. Select the Check Box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address)Click Save changes.

Important notes for changes to ongoing contracts

When you change your home address to a business address, your contract type also changes:

Business addresses need the full legal company name and a valid VAT ID.Your contract will switch from B2C (business-to-consumer) to B2B (business-to-business).Future invoices will follow the new contract type.Your contract ID stays the same, and your Porsche Charging Card remains valid.

The same applies in reverse. If you change your business address to a home address:

Your contract type changes from B2B (business-to-business) to B2C (business-to-consumer).Future invoices will be issued accordingly.Your contract ID and the validity of your Porsche Charging Card won’t change.

You can’t change the billing address retroactively. It will only apply to your next invoice.

The contract type will only change for your Porsche Charging Service, not for other contracts (for example, Porsche Connect Services).
