How can I change my personal data in My Porsche?

You can update your personal data, such as your email address and phone number, in your Porsche ID profile on My Porsche.

Open the My Porsche app on your phone.Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).Tap My profile.Tap the item you want to update.You will be redirected to the My Porsche web version, where you can edit your name, date of birth, email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses.

Alternatively, you can click this link to Profile Settings (login required) and update your name, date of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses in the ‘Personal details’ section.

What should I do if my phone number in the My Porsche invitation email is wrong?

Please contact Porsche Customer Service (details below) who can help you change your mobile phone number so that you can complete your registration in My Porsche.

What should I do if messages are sent to the wrong email address?

By default, all messages are sent to the email address you initially registered with. This, automatically, is also your Porsche ID. You can add an additional email address if you prefer to use a different one for communication.

To do this, log into My Porsche > click on the person icon in the top right corner and go to Profile settings > in your Personal details section you can add an additional email address. Please select this as your preferred email address.

Within the My Porsche app, navigate to Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar) > My Profile > Email addresses > tap +Add email address to add an additional email address.

Why can’t I change my name in My Porsche?

If you have one or more cars in your Porsche ID profile with active Porsche Connect services, you won't be able to change your name yourself. Please contact Porsche Customer Service (details below) for support.

How can I change the preferred Porsche Dealer shown in ‘My Profile’ of the My Porsche app?

If the Porsche dealer you want isn’t listed, please contact your new Porsche dealer directly. They’ll be happy to help you update your listed Porsche dealers. Afterwards, you can select your preferred dealer in the 'My Porsche Centres' section of My Porsche.

How can I login to My Porsche if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself or opt for a passwordless login. Here are detailed instructions on how to do this.
