What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, and PayPal. Pre-paid cards are not accepted.

My credit card has been declined. What should I do?

Please try using a different form of payment or contact your bank or credit card provider. If your credit card is valid and you still have issues processing payment during checkout, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

My credit card security code (CVC) is not accepted. What should I do?

Confirm that the 3-digit code is correct and the card is valid. If issues persist with 3DS verification, please use another payment method or contact your bank or credit card provider.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment is collected at checkout.
