Orders are accepted only from the United States and must ship to a U.S. address. Other Porsche Online Shops are available here:

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to request to cancel an order, please contact Porsche Shop Support as soon as possible. A cancelled order request is only possible if the item has not shipped. We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier.

I placed an order. Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

A confirmation appears immediately after checkout and is sent via email. If you did not receive one, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

What can I do if I have any problems placing my order online?

Problems may arise with your order if a server is unavailable due to technical reasons. You can either attempt to place your order at a later time or reach out to Porsche Shop Support.

Why did I not receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices can be located in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner next to your name. Or just click the link here: My orders. An invoice is generated only when an order is shipped which can take several working days depending on the selected shipping method at checkout. If you do not receive an invoice for your order, please contactPorsche Shop Support.

Where can I find the invoice for my orders?

An invoice is generated only when an order is shipped which can take several working days depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.If you do not have a Porsche ID, you will receive your invoice via email. Who should I contact if my order is delivered damaged, incomplete or is lost?

If your order is damaged, incomplete or lost at the time of delivery, please contact our Porsche Shop Support within 5 business days of the delivery date to report the issue.
