Where can I find my Porsche Connect invoices?

You can view and download your invoices for Connect services in My Porsche.

This article applies to all models 

Log in to My Porsche in your browserClick the person icon in the top right  Click Bookings & OrdersClick Connect Store Open the relevant order by clicking See details Click download invoice to save the PDF 

Retrieve Porsche Connect invoices

You’ll receive a notification in My Porsche and an email when a new invoice is available. You can download it directly from the notification. Invoices are only generated for paid services, not for Porsche Connect services that are free, such as orders for inclusive periods

What should I do if I’m missing a Porsche invoice? 

Invoices will be created only after successful activation of a paid service. If activation is delayed, invoicing will also be delayed.

If you can’t find your invoice, please: 

Check whether the invoice is in your email spam folder. Check your messages in My Porsche for notifications regarding invoices. Go to Profile Settings and then click MessagesCheck if the payment methods in your My Porsche account are valid.
