How can I change my billing address for Porsche Connect Services?

You can update your billing address for Porsche Connect Services through the My Porsche app or the web portal. The process differs slightly depending on whether you’re changing it for future contracts or existing ones.

Change of address for future contracts

You can change your billing address for future contracts in the My Porsche app or web. In addition, you have the option to define a new address during the checkout process.

Open the My Porsche app on your phone (login required) Tap the Account icon (person symbol) in the bottom navigation bar Tap My Profile Tap Addresses to be directed to the web version of My Porsche Here you can edit, remove or add a new address To set your preferred address, tap Edit for the relevant address or tap + Add address to add a new one Choose either a home or business address and enter/update the details. When entering a business address, make sure to add the company name. Select the check box at the bottom to save it as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address) Click Save

From the Porsche homepage, click on the person icon in the top right corner of the screen and then click Log in Log in using your existing Porsche ID credentials When you return to the homepage, click on the person icon in the top right corner of the screen and then click on Profile settings Click on Addresses to expand the menu Here you can edit, remove or add a new address To set your preferred address, tap Edit for the relevant address or tap + Add address to add a new one Choose either a home or business address and enter/update the details. When entering a business address, make sure to add the company name. Select the check box at the bottom to save it as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address) Click Save

Your updated preferred address will now be used for all billing and communications. You may store up to five addresses under your profile.

How to change your billing address for existing contracts

To change your billing address for ongoing subscriptions, follow these steps:

Go to My active contracts in the Connect Store Select Change billing address under the contract you want to update. Choose a new address from ‘Available addresses’ or select Add address to enter a new one. Enter your new address and select Save. Select Update to apply the new billing address

Notes:

The ‘Change billing address’ option is available only for contracts with recurring payments. Free or inclusive Connect services do not have a billing address. Update the address individually for each contract. Changes apply only to your selected contract. You cannot change the billing address retroactively. The new address appears on your next invoice. You cannot change the country within your current contract. Refer to the instructions below to update your address to a different country.

How to update your billing address to a new country for existing contracts

To update your billing address to a new country:

First, cancel your current contract. For instructions, see the section “Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services” in "How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?". After the cancellation becomes effective, wait one full day. Then you can resubscribe using your new address. For details, see “Purchase of Porsche Connect Services” in "How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?".
