What payment options are available in My Porsche, and how can I manage them?

You can make payments for Porsche digital services, such as Porsche Connect and Charging Service, by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay®. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Diners Club®, and Discover®.

How can I manage payment methods in My Porsche?

You can choose between the different payment methods during the checkout process. For credit card payments, you can also store and manage up to five credit cards in your My Porsche account:

Log into  My Porsche  in your browser Click the person icon in the top right corner, then  Profile Settings Click  Payment method Click + Add new card Enter the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and security code Approve the credit card using your banking app’s authentication 

You can also use the  My Porsche app on your smartphone: tap  Account > My Profile > Edit payment options  and follow steps 5 and 6 above. 

The first credit card entered will be set as your preferred card for future checkouts by default. To edit or delete credit cards, click the pencil or trash icon in your profile. You can also select a new preferred card when editing. 

Note: PayPal and Apple Pay cannot be added manually to  My Porsche  under Profile settings > Payment method. These are only available when completing a purchase. 

Frequently asked questions

If you want to purchase a Porsche Connect or Charging service using a different method to your preferred payment option, you can do so during the checkout process. Once you are at checkout you will be able to choose a payment method for that purchase.

If your credit card is not accepted, you can try to add another credit card (if available) or select PayPal or Apple Pay as an alternative payment method during the checkout process.

If your credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay is no longer being automatically debited for a service, it’s most likely because the service subscription has expired.

To check your service subscription status of the Connect Services, go to My Active Contracts in the Connect.

You can verify the subscription status of the Porsche Charging Service in the My Porsche app: Tap Account > Charging Service. Under Contracts, you can find the current status.

PayPal and Apple Pay are only available for new service purchases, not for the renewal of existing subscriptions.

Apple Pay is only displayed on compatible Apple devices, and is not accessible on Windows, Android, or Apple devices that aren’t compatible with Apple Pay.
