How can I change my personal data in My Porsche?

You can update your personal information, such as your email address, phone number, or mailing address, in your Porsche ID profile using the My Porsche app or the My Porsche website.

Update personal data in the My Porsche app

Open the My Porsche app on your phone.Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).Tap My profile.Scroll down to Manage Profile, then tap Edit profile. You’ll be redirected to the web version of My Porsche, where you can edit your name, date of birth, email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses.

Update personal data via the web

Visit Porsche.com.Click the person icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select Log in and enter your Porsche ID credentials. From the Account menu (person icon), click Profile Settings. Here you can update your personal details, including contact information and addresses.

What should I do if my phone number in the My Porsche invitation email is incorrect?

If your phone number is listed incorrectly in your invitation email, please contact Porsche Customer Service for assistance. They can help you update your number so you can complete your registration in My Porsche.

What should I do if messages are sent to the wrong email address?

All communications are sent to the email address you used to register, which is also your Porsche ID. If you’d like to use a different address for communication:

Log into My Porsche on the web. Click the person icon > Profile Settings. Under Personal Details, add an additional email address and mark it as your preferred address.

In the My Porsche app, go to Account > My Profile > Manage Profile > Edit profile to add or update your email address.

Why can’t I change my name in My Porsche?

If your Porsche ID profile includes one or more vehicles with active Porsche Connect Services, your name cannot be changed directly. Please contact Porsche Customer Service for support with name updates.

How can I change my preferred Porsche Dealer?

If your preferred Porsche Dealer isn’t listed, please reach out directly to your desired dealership. Once updated in Porsche’s systems, you can select it as your preferred dealer in My Porsche:

Go to My Profile > Manage Profile > Edit profile (this opens the web version). Under My Porsche Dealers, choose your new preferred dealer.

How can I login to My Porsche if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself or opt for a passwordless login. Here are detailed instructions on how to do this. 

What if I’ve forgotten my Porsche ID password and can’t access my email?
