How can I change my billing address for Porsche Connect Services?

You can update your billing address for Porsche Connect Services through the My Porsche app or the web portal. The process differs slightly depending on whether you’re changing it for future contracts or existing ones.

Change of address for future contracts

Open the My Porsche app (login required).

Tap the Account icon (person symbol) in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap My Profile.

Under Manage Profile, tap Edit profile to open the web version of My Porsche.

Scroll to Addresses.

Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.

Choose whether the address is home or business.

Select the checkbox to set it as your preferred address.

Click Save.

Go to Porsche.com.

Click the person icon in the top-right corner.

Select Log in and enter your Porsche ID credentials.

From the Account menu, choose Profile Settings.

On the Personal Details page, expand Addresses.

Edit, remove, or add a new address.

Choose home or business.

Select the checkbox to set it as your preferred address.

Click Save.

* Note for businesses benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme for small enterprises: You can also place orders as a business customer without a VAT ID, but you will not automatically benefit from possible tax exemptions.

Change of country in your address for ongoing contracts

To update your billing address to a new country:

First, cancel your current contract. For instructions, see the section “Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services” in "How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?".

After the cancellation becomes effective, wait one full day. Then you can resubscribe using your new address. For details, see “Purchase of Porsche Connect Services” in "How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?".
