How can I change my billing address for Porsche Connect Services?

Here’s how you can change your billing address for the Porsche Connect Services:

Change of address for future contracts

You can change your billing address for future contracts in the My Porsche app or web. In addition, you have the option to define a new address during the checkout process.

Open the My Porsche app on your phone (login required).Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).Tap My Profile.Tap Addresses. You’ll be directed to the web version of My Porsche.Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.To set your preferred address, tap Edit for the relevant address or tap + Add address to add a new one.Choose either a home or business address and enter/update the details. When entering a business address, make sure to add the company name and VAT ID*.Select the check box at the bottom to save it as your preferred address.Click Save.

Click this link to Profile Settings.In the Addresses section you can edit, remove or add a new address.To set your preferred address, tap Edit for the relevant address or tap + Add address to add a new address.Choose either a home or business address and enter/update the details. When entering a business address, make sure to add the company name and VAT ID*.Select the check box at the bottom to save this as your preferred address.Click Save.

* Note for businesses benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme for small enterprises: You can also place orders as a business customer without a VAT ID, but you will not automatically benefit from possible tax exemptions.

Change of address for ongoing contracts

To change your billing address of ongoing subscriptions, please proceed as follows:

Go to My active contracts in the Connect Store.Click Change billing address under the contract which you want to update.Choose a new address from the list of ‘Available addresses’. Or click Add address to enter a new one. After entering the new address, click Save.Click Update to apply the new billing address.

Notes:

The 'Change billing address' button is only available for contracts with recurring payments.The billing address cannot be changed retroactively. It will only be reflected on the next invoice.Changing the country is not possible within the current contract. Please refer to the instructions below for how to update your address to a different country.

Change of country in your address for ongoing contracts

To change the billing address to a different country, please proceed as follows:

First, cancel the contract. For more details, please refer to the section ‘Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services’ in How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect services?Once the service has been cancelled, you’ll need to wait until one day after the date on which the cancellation becomes effective, before you can resubscribe to the service with your new address data.
