You can check if there is a new software update available for your Porsche charging hardware at the Porsche website by selecting your hardware model and entering the serial number of your device.
Each charging device has a seven-digit long serial number printed on it, starting with the letters ‘SN’. You can find the serial number either on the back or the side of the nameplate. The name of the charging hardware model itself can also be found here.
You can check if there’s a service measure or recall campaign for your Porsche charging hardware at the Porsche website by selecting your hardware model and entering the serial number of your device. If you need additional information, please contact your Porsche Centre.
