How do I use and configure Remote ParkAssist in the Taycan?

Remote ParkAssist enables parking and manoeuvring from outside the vehicle via the My Porsche App. The system detects suitable parking spaces, measures them and autonomously executes the parking manoeuvre within the system limits. The driver monitors the process from outside. Garage Pilot specifically supports parking and manoeuvring in tight garages.

Requirements: Comfort access, Surround View including Active Parking Support and Lane Keeping Assist.

Operation and Functions

Remote ParkAssist only works if you are within a five-metre radius of your vehicle with your smartphone. After getting out of the vehicle, select the desired parking manoeuvre in the My Porsche app - for example, forward or reverse - and then hand over control to the vehicle.

Remote ParkAssist features:

Remote parking in suitable parallel and perpendicular parking spaces

Remote manoeuvring out of suitable parking spaces

Garage Pilot for narrow driveways/garages

Monitoring and confirmation of the manoeuvre via the My Porsche app

Important information:

All functions described are subject to system limitations and require constant monitoring by the driver.
