How to get or create a Porsche ID
If you purchased your car at a Porsche Centre, you’ll have received an email inviting you to sign up to My Porsche. That’s where you’ll find your Porsche ID.
Alternatively, you can also register for My Porsche yourself. The email address you use for the registration process will be your Porsche ID. Please note that in this case your Porsche won’t be linked automatically to your account. It must be added manually instead. How to change your Porsche ID
This is how you can change your Porsche ID (username) in My Porsche:

Log into My PorscheClick on the Person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen Click on Profile settingsClick on Login & SecurityClick on Edit underneath your Porsche ID to change your Porsche ID for all Porsche applicationsEnter your new desired email addressEnter your password to confirm your new Porsche ID Confirm that you understand that your old Porsche ID will no longer be valid after the changeClick Save and verifyYou will then receive a verification email asking you to confirm the change. Your new Porsche ID will now be valid for all Porsche applications (you will need to login into them again using your new Porsche ID) My Porsche app
Go to Account > My Profile > Change or reset (in the section Manage Profile) > You will be redirected to the mobile version of My Porsche Click on Edit underneath your Porsche ID to change your Porsche ID for all Porsche applications. Enter your new desired email addressEnter your password to confirm your new Porsche ID Confirm that you understand that your old Porsche ID will no longer be valid after the changeClick Save and verifyYou will then receive a verification email asking you to confirm the change. Your new Porsche ID will now be valid for all Porsche applications (you will need to login into them again using your new Porsche ID)
