How can I change my billing address for Porsche Connect Services?

Here’s how you can change your billing address for the Porsche Connect Services:

Change of address for future contracts

You can change your billing address for future contracts in the My Porsche app or web. In addition, you have the option to define a new address during the checkout process.

Open the My Porsche app on your phone.Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).Tap My Profile.In the section ‘Manage Profile’, tap Edit profile. You’ll be directed to the web version of My Porsche.Scroll down and tap Addresses.Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.You can choose between a home or business address.Select the check box to save this as your preferred address.Click Save.

Change of address for ongoing contracts

To change your billing address of ongoing subscriptions, please proceed as follows:

Go to My active contracts in the Connect Store.Click Change billing address under the contract which you want to update.Choose a new address from the list of ‘Available addresses’. Or click Add address to enter a new one. After entering the new address, click Save.Click Update to apply the new billing address.

Notes:

The address must be updated individually for each contract. Changes apply only to the currently selected contract.The billing address cannot be changed retroactively. It will only be reflected on the next invoice.Changing the country is not possible within the current contract. Please refer to the instructions below for how to update your address to a different country.

Change of country in your address for ongoing contracts

To change the billing address to a different country, please proceed as follows:

First, cancel the contract. For more details, please refer to the section ‘Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services’ in How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect services?Once the service has been cancelled, you’ll need to wait until one day after the date on which the cancellation becomes effective, before you can resubscribe to the service with your new address data.
