What payment options are available in My Porsche and how can I manage them?

You can make payments for Porsche digital services by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How can I manage payment methods in My Porsche?

You can choose between the different payment methods during the checkout process. For credit card payments you can also store and manage up to five credit cards in your My Porsche account:

In your browser log into My PorscheClick on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then Profile SettingsClick Payment & Orders or in the My Porsche app click Account > My Profile > Edit Payment OptionsThen click + New Credit CardEnter the cardholder’s name, card number, card expiration date and its security codeIn the next step you need to approve the credit card by using the following authentication process of your banking app

The credit card details that you enter first will be automatically defined as your preferred card and will be selected by default in any future checkout process.

To edit or delete credit cards, simply click the pencil icon or recycling bin icon on the payment method picture in your profile. When editing your credit cards, you can also make another card your preferred payment method.

PayPal and Apple Pay payment methods can’t be added manually to My Porsche at Profile settings > Payment and orders. These payment methods are only displayed once you have completed a new purchase with PayPal or Apple Pay.

Frequently asked questions

If you want to purchase a Porsche Connect or Charging service using a different method to your preferred payment option, you can do so during the checkout process. Once you are in checkout you will be able to choose your preferred payment method.

If your credit card is not accepted, you can try to add another credit card, if available, or select PayPal or Apple Pay as alternative payment method during the checkout process.

If your credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay is no longer being automatically debited for a service, it’s most likely because the service subscription has expired.

To check your service subscription status of the Connect Services, go to My Active Contracts in the Connect.

You can verify the subscription status of the Porsche Charging Service in the My Porsche app: Tap Account > Charging Service. Under Contracts you can find the current status.

PayPal and Apple Pay are only available for new service purchases, not for the renewal of existing subscriptions.

Apple Pay is only displayed on compatible Apple devices. Apple Pay is hidden on Windows, Android or Apple devices that aren’t compatible with Apple Pay.
