Planning to charge your Porsche while travelling outside your home country? This article covers the key points for charging abroad — so you can stay powered up wherever your journey takes you.

You can reliably charge your Porsche abroad. Especially with the Porsche Charging Service (Plus), you gain access to one of the largest charging networks in Europe. More than 1 million public charging points across 27 countries are available to you, and the network continues to grow every day. Included are numerous AC charging points and many DC fast-charging stations, conveniently located in cities, along highways, at key transit hubs, and — thanks to Porsche Destination Charging — even at some of the most beautiful places in the world. Additionally, Porsche Charging Lounges are available at strategic locations along major European traffic routes.
The My Porsche App supports you in planning and navigating to charging stations. It also provides real-time information on availability and pricing.
Please note:
Country-specific regulations and approvals may limit the use of the Porsche Mobile Charger and Porsche Mobile Charger Connect abroad. Refer to your Driver’s Manual or contact your Porsche Centre to check whether your charging equipment is suitable for the country you plan to visit, or if additional equipment is required.
When using the car’s onboard charging cable, please ensure that you do not use travel adapters, extension cables, cable reels or multi-socket outlets. You can purchase the appropriate connecting cables or plugs for this from a Porsche Centre in the relevant country.
Some of the described products, features, and processes may vary depending on the country, model, and model year.
