How do I grant remote access authorisation in my Porsche?

In order to control the remote services in your car using the My Porsche app – like locking and unlocking your car or viewing trip data – you will need to grant remote access authorisation in the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system.

Note: Availability is dependent on country.

Once Porsche remote access authorisation has been granted data, transmission – according to your privacy settings – will begin. This will allow you, as the main user, as well as all secondary users, to make the most of remote services via the My Porsche app.

If you want to temporarily prevent Connect services from being accessed via the app, you can use privacy mode respectively turn off Connect Services.

When you remove your car from the My Porsche app, all connections to the car, like remote access, are automatically removed.

Our data protection notices can be found in the Porsche Connect Store. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page to find all relevant links related to data privacy information.
