How does personalisation via Porsche ID profiles work in the Cayenne Electric?
Your profile stores a wide range of individual settings in your Cayenne, including seat position, mirrors, steering wheel, driving modes and configurations in the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system.
When you enter the vehicle, it recognises the vehicle key being used and automatically loads the user profile linked to it. To enable this, you need an active Porsche ID as well as a user profile created in the vehicle.
Important: The key in use always retains the most recently used user profile and automatically restores that profile’s settings the next time the vehicle is used.
In addition, the memory buttons - part of the optional Memory Package - allow you to permanently store and retrieve ergonomic and comfort-related settings.
Tip: More information can be found in the Owner’s Manual.

To ensure your personal comfort settings are available automatically on every drive, an active Porsche ID and a linked user profile are required. This profile stores individual comfort settings such as seat position, mirrors, steering wheel, climate control and infotainment preferences.
As soon as you get into your Cayenne, your personal profile is loaded automatically. The Cayenne recognises and differentiates between users based on the vehicle key.
