Are doors and windows properly locked/closed? Simply check in the My Porsche app on your smartphone and, if necessary, lock your doors.

Before using this function, please ensure:

To lock/unlock your Porsche:

Open the My Porsche app on your phone. On the home screen tap the lock icon (see screen below). Tap Lock or Unlock. In case of unlocking: Confirm that you are aware that using the remote unlocking feature can allow unauthorised access to your car. Then enter the security code that you set in My Porsche. You can also optionally link your Face ID with the security code and conveniently use this function in future via Face ID authentication. To do this, go to Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar) > App Settings > Face ID not active in the app. Here you can activate and set up Face ID. When the car is unlocked, a red unlock icon appears on the home screen. When locked, the vehicle status icon displays a green check mark.

Please note: For cars with Car Connect (provided by Vodafone) only the lock function is available.
