Open the My Porsche app on your phone.  Tap on your car. Tap Maintenance History.  A summary of the recent maintenance works is displayed.

Frequently asked questions

The link to the digital maintenance history will only appear after your car has undergone its first service at an authorized Porsche service centre and the initial service entry has been created in the system. This applies only to services performed from April 2025 onwards.

Currently, the maintenance history only includes records from services performed since April 2025. Any maintenance carried out before this date is not available in the system. If you require documentation for services prior to April 2025, your Porsche Centre will be happy to assist you with providing the necessary records, although these cannot be added to the digital history.

If your service history appears empty, please contact your local Porsche Centre. They can check whether your car’s service records are available and help resolve any issues.
