Tap Vehicle Details below your car’s name.Tap Make Appointment.Select your Porsche Centre. Your preferred Porsche Centre is preselected. You can change it for this booking if needed.*Enter the current mileage. If your car has Smart Services enabled, this will fill in automatically.Select the services you want carried out. The available services may vary by Porsche Centre.Select your preferred mobility option. Porsche Centres offer at least customer waiting or drop & go appointments, and may also offer courtesy car and collection and delivery.Select the drop off time for the appointment.Check the details and tap Book service appointment to complete your booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation and an inbox message in the My Porsche app. If, when searching for a nearby Porsche Centre, you find the location is inaccurate, you can do the following:
Ensure location services are enabled for the My Porsche app in your phone’s settings.Check if your phone's general location services are turned on.Confirm your Porsche ID and account details are updated.If the area has weak GPS/data connectivity, accuracy may be affected.
