What do I need to consider before I delete my Porsche ID?

Your Porsche ID profile will be permanently deleted. It will not be possible to restore the profile.  If you delete your Porsche ID, you will no longer have online access to your services, cars and other Porsche services. All service configurations will be reset immediately and can no longer be used.  Your customer data saved at official Porsche Centres will be retained. If you no longer wish to have a relationship with your Official Porsche Centres and you also want your customer data to be deleted, please contact them directly.

Login to My Porsche in your browser  Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen  Click on Profile Settings  Click on Login & SecurityUnder the section 'Delete Porsche ID' click Delete account permanently  Confirm that you wish to delete your Porsche ID with the mentioned consequences and click Delete account permanently to finish the process  

How do I delete my Porsche ID in the My Porsche app?  

Open the My Porsche app (login required)  Tap Account  Tap My Profile  Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Porsche ID account. You will be directed to the web version of My Porsche   Under the section Delete Porsche ID tap Delete account permanently  Confirm that you wish to delete your Porsche ID with the mentioned consequences and click Delete account permanently to finish the process
