Macan Electric: what is the Porsche Data Pass?

With the Porsche Data Pass you can access the App Center, connected media and enjoy internet access via wi-fi hotspot.

The Porsche Data Pass is an add-on to your Porsche Connect package. Each month you’ll receive 5GB of data to use with the App Center, third-party apps, connected media and internet access via wi-fi hotspot, allowing you to enjoy high-speed connectivity for your favourite audio and video streaming. You can purchase more data if you need it.

When you buy a new Porsche car and Porsche Connect services has been activated, the Data Pass is included free of charge for four years. Visit the Connect Store to check the availability for your model and country.

After four years, the Porsche Data Pass can be extended by renewing the service. If you don’t wish to buy it, you can still use your Porsche Connect services (such as Navigation Plus or Remote Services) and driver assistance features (such as Digital Voice Assistant) as usual, as long as you have an active Porsche Connect package.
