You receive your monthly invoices for your Porsche Charging Service in the My Porsche app and by email.

After your inclusive period has ended, you can choose between the Porsche Charging Service and Porsche Charging Service Plus, depending on your preference.
The Porsche Charging Service Plus is – depending on your model and model year – available for up to 36 months after initial activation without a monthly basic fee.
More information, specific to your car, can be found in the My Porsche app under Account > Charging Service.
Your transactions are always debited at the beginning of the following month. At that point, you will also receive your invoice for the Charging Service. You can also view your charging processes and any fees incurred in your Charging history in the My Porsche app. Occasionally, charging processes may be transmitted late by the charging station operator. The invoice will then be issued with the next regular monthly invoice.
