How can I change my billing address for the Porsche Charging Service?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to update your billing address for the Porsche Charging Service:

Change of address details

You can change your billing address for future Porsche Charging Service invoices in the My Porsche app or web:

Open the My Porsche app (login required).

Tap Account.

Tap Charging Service.

Tap Manage subscription. You will be directed to the web version of My Charging.

Choose Subscription.

Scroll down to Billing Address.

Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.

You can choose between a home or business address depending on your Porsche Charging Service contract type.

Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address).

Click Save.

Click on the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on Profile Settings.

Click on Payment method.

Click on subscription management below your stored preferred payment method.

Scroll down to Billing Addresses.

Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.

You can choose between a home or business address depending on your Porsche Charging Service contract type.

Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address)

Click Save.

Change of address from a private to a business address or vice versa

To change the billing address, you’ll need to follow these steps:

Once the service has been cancelled, you’ll need to wait until one day after the date on which the cancellation becomes effective, before you can resubscribe to the service with your new address data. Please note: If you make this change, you will receive a new charging card.
