With Porsche Track Your Dream, you can track your Porsche order from placement to delivery through the My Porsche app. This service provides real-time updates and images of your car’s production as it reaches certain milestones, making the wait an engaging part of the Porsche experience (Note: production images are only available for certain models and are not guaranteed).

Porsche Track Your Dream keeps you informed of key milestones, from production to delivery. Real-time tracking data from our production systems ensures accuracy and transparency, along with shipping and delivery updates.
You will receive email, My Porsche inbox and push notifications (if activated) once a new milestone has been reached.
Please check your inbox for your invitation mail and your spam folder if necessary. If you haven’t received an invitation email, please contact Porsche Customer Service (details below).
There are multiple occasions during the manufacturing process of your Porsche for pictures to be taken of it. If you haven’t received any pictures yet, your car might be at an early stage and no pictures have been taken or they have not been approved yet.
If your Porsche build has advanced to later milestones, and pictures are still unavailable, it might be due to technical issues or the image being rejected due to objects/people being in them.
Please note: Vehicle images are not yet available for all series and models. We apologize if your car isn’t covered at the moment and ask for your understanding.
If you successfully signed up for Porsche Track Your Dream, you should receive notifications for passed milestones. If updates stop, there might be a technical issue or a delay in data synchronization.
