As the main user and owner of your Porsche, you can enable additional drivers – such as family members or trusted users – as secondary users. Each secondary user receives their own Porsche ID, allowing them to configure Connect Services and personalize settings according to their preferences.
Secondary users can access and personalize all Porsche Connect Services activated by the main user, including Remote Services and Car Security features, through My Porsche. This includes:
Secondary users can also save personal settings, such as favorite radio stations or navigation preferences. Note: Service availability may vary depending on model, model year, and country.

The main user can add up to five secondary users per vehicle by entering each person’s name, email, and valid mobile number. Before adding secondary users, make sure you’re logged in as the main user in the car.

Once added, the secondary user will receive an email titled 'Activate your Porsche account.'
After completing setup, the main user will be notified by email and in the My Porsche app.

The main user can remove secondary users in either the My Porsche app or My Porsche web.

No, this isn't possible. To become a main user, you need to add your car to your Porsche ID. Once your car has been added to your Porsche ID, you are the main owner. Please note that only one main user can be assigned per car.
A guest user is an anonymous user profile that can be activated when someone uses the car who is not registered as the main or secondary user – for example, when used by friends or family members, during test drives or with rental and fleet vehicles. A guest user can't be disabled.
A guest user has access to basic functions such as navigation, climate control, media playback, and limited access to Connect services (if activated by the main user). There is no permanent storage of settings or usage data; all data is deleted after leaving the car.
Guest users are available for the Macan Electric (from model year 2024), the Taycan (from model year 2020), and the 911, Panamera, and Cayenne (from model year 2022).
