Functions available to a secondary user
Secondary users have access to all Connect Services activated by the primary user, including Remote Services and Car Security, via My Porsche.
Note: Service availability varies by model and model year.
What is a secondary user and how can I add it for my Porsche?
As the main user (owner) of a Porsche, you can enable others—like family members—as secondary users for your vehicle and its Connect Services. Each secondary user gets their own Porsche ID, allowing them to personalize services to their preferences.

Adding a secondary user
The primary user can add up to five secondary users. To add a user, you need their first name, last name, email, and a valid phone number. The primary user must be logged into the car.
Step 1: Secondary user setup

Step 2: Secondary user confirmation
For some models, the secondary user may also need to define a security code for the car. Once setup is complete, the primary user will receive a confirmation via email and a notification in My Porsche.
Step 3: Finalize activation (if applicable)
If a security code was defined, the primary user must click Activate secondary user in their email.
Removing a secondary user
Primary users can remove secondary users at any time.
