How can I access streaming platforms with ScreenHits TV® in my Porsche?

With ScreenHits TV®, you and your passenger can enjoy video streaming as part of Porsche Connect Services. ScreenHits TV is a separate paid subscription service that offers its subscribers access to major streaming platforms, along with free content and live TV in a single app. Content availability depends on your location and is managed by ScreenHits TV, not by Porsche.

How to set up and activate ScreenHits TV in my Porsche 

Please note: ScreenHits TV is a paid service and an independent provider. You will receive a free voucher for the first three years (vouchers available through September 30, 2025). the voucher expiration period, you will need to extend your subscription to continue using ScreenHits TV in your Porsche.

To set up ScreenHits TV, ensure you have: 

A Porsche IDActive Porsche Connect Services An active ScreenHits TV account and subscriptionActive subscriptions to your chosen streaming services  An active data connection in your vehicle 

If you have all of the above, you can start the set-up process for ScreenHits TV in the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) of your car.  

Scroll down and tap on the Video icon Tap on ScreenHits TV Scan the displayed QR code with your phone and log in with your Screenhits TV credentials After a successful log-in, ScreenHits TV will automatically be enabled in your Porsche Choose your profile and start streaming 

How to use ScreenHits TV 

After setup, follow these steps on your Porsche Communication Management (PCM) screen: 

Scroll down and tap the  Videoicon Select  ScreenHits TV Choose your profile Select a movie or show Log in to the streaming service, if needed, and enjoy 

ScreenHits TV Premium Subscription Voucher 

 The ScreenHits TV premium voucher provides three years of free access. After this period, you must renew your subscription. If you already have a paid ScreenHits TV account, redeeming this voucher will overwrite your current subscription. 

Please be aware that the free premium subscription vouchers are only available until September 30, 2025.

To redeem your voucher in the My Porsche app: 

Open the My Porsche app and log in Go to  Vehicle Details Click  Functions Select  PCM Services Choose  In-Car Video Tap  Redeem now Confirm the legal note, and you'll be redirected to the ScreenHits TV website to complete the process 

Troubleshooting for ScreenHits TV Subscribers

ScreenHits TV is under the Video tile on the PCM home screen. If it isn’t visible, ensure Porsche Connect Services are active. You may also need to scroll down to view all tiles.   

Video streaming is available on the central display when the vehicle is stationary and on the passenger display while driving. The passenger display has a special film to prevent driver distraction. 

If you have the latest Porsche Communication Management (PCM) software, you can connect a Bluetooth headset: 

Go to PCM Home > Devices > Connect new devices > Connect headset for video  

Note: Bluetooth headsets can only be used for calls or video streaming.  

If the video doesn’t play, it may be due to an unstable data connection or network issues. Try moving to an area with a stronger signal or use your phone’s tethering function.  

If a provider is missing, check Add/Remove Services to ensure that it’s selected. If it isn’t available, it may not be supported in your region.
