With My Porsche, once you add your car to your Porsche ID account, you can access services like mileage and location tracking, scheduling service appointments and managing charging for electric vehicles. These services require a valid Porsche Connect or Connect Care contract, available at the Porsche Connect Store. For new cars, Porsche Connect services are generally included for ten years, though availability may vary by model.

Adding vehicles to your Porsche ID
If you’ve recently purchased a new Porsche car, you’ll receive an invitation email to add it to your Porsche ID before taking delivery. Please follow the instructions to link your car to your Porsche ID.
Deleting vehicles
When selling your Porsche, delete it from your Porsche ID profile to cancel all active contracts and stop any automatic renewals:
Occasionally, after a service or workshop visit to a different Porsche Center than your usual one, your car can become disconnected from your Porsche ID profile and be no longer visible in My Porsche. If this happens, please contact your Porsche Center, which can help you link your car to your profile again. In all other cases, add the car back into your Porsche ID profile as described above, supplying the required documents.
