How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?
Porsche Connect Services can be accessed in the Porsche Connect Store. Here, you can view, purchase, renew or cancel services.
- In My Active Contracts, you’ll find an overview of all activated Porsche Connect Services, including activation status and runtime.
- Services in a free period cannot be extended and will end automatically, requiring a paid renewal to continue.

Contract Management
To check which Connect Services are available for your vehicle:
Any Porsche Connect Service with an end date can be renewed shortly before expiration. Based on your preferences, you’ll receive an email or text notification in My Porsche about the service that is about to expire. Monthly contracts automatically renew each month unless cancelled manually
To cancel a subscription:
If you sell your vehicle and remove it from your Porsche ID, the contract will be cancelled automatically.
To cancel a Porsche Connect Service:
You may cancel within 14 days of activation by emailing customersupport@porsche.com. For full details on cancellations and terms, see the terms of use.
If you cancel during an inclusive period, you can re-activate the service later without any additional fees. However, please note that the end date of the inclusive period remains unchanged as defined with the initial activation.

Porsche Connect Services are purchased for a specific vehicle. When you sell the vehicle, the services are retained and can be used by the new owner during the remaining term of the service contract. It is not possible to transfer services to other vehicles.
If automatic renewal was activated, the contract continues unless canceled. To avoid charges, cancel the contract in the Connect Store after selling the vehicle.
Unlimited Function on Demand purchases remain with the vehicle for its lifetime and cannot be canceled. Monthly subscriptions will need to be canceled if you sell the vehicle.
New services should appear in your vehicle’s Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system after a restart, provided the vehicle has an active data connection.
