How to view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?

All active contracts and available Porsche Connect Services can be accessed in the  Porsche Connect Store. Here, you can view, purchase, renew or cancel services. 

This article applies to all models 

In  My Active Contracts, you’ll find an overview of all activated Porsche Connect Services, including expiration dates and automatic renewals (if selected during purchase). 

Automatic renewals  can only be selected during the purchase process. Services in a free period cannot be extended and will end automatically, requiring a paid renewal to continue. 

Contract Management

 

To check which Connect Services are available for your vehicle: 

Go to the  Porsche Connect Store.Click on the desired product, then select  Add to cart  to begin the purchase process. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase

Services without automatic renewals can be renewed before expiration. You’ll be notified when a service is nearing its expiration via  My Porsche, email or  text  (based on your preferences). 

Monthly contracts automatically renew each month unless canceled manually. Function on Demand for the Taycan (MY 2020–2024) is now only available as a one-time purchase; monthly contracts are no longer offered for these models. 

To cancel a subscription, such as Porsche Intelligent Range Manager: 

Go to  My Active Contracts. Select  Cancel contract  for the specific service. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window. 

 

For automatic renewals, deactivate this feature in the Porsche Connect Store at least one day before the contract term ends. 

 As of September 9, 2024, Function on Demand services are only available as a one-time purchase for unlimited use; monthly contracts are no longer offered. If you have an existing monthly contract, it will remain active until you cancel it. Unlimited Function on Demand purchases are non-cancelable and stay with the car for its lifetime.  

To cancel a service with automatic renewal: 

Services set to renew automatically must be canceled at least one day before the term ends via My Active Contracts in the Porsche Connect Store. If you sell your car, the contract will cancel automatically when it’s removed from your Porsche ID. 

 To cancel a Porsche Connect service: 

You may cancel within 14 days of activation by emailing customersupport@porsche.com. For full details on cancellations and terms, see the terms of use.

Porsche Connect Services are purchased for a specific car. When you sell a car, the services are retained and can be used by the new owner during the remaining term of the service contract. It is not possible to transfer services to other cars.

If automatic renewal was activated, the contract continues unless canceled. To avoid charges, cancel the contract in the Connect Store after selling the car. 

Unlimited Function on Demand purchases remain with the car for its lifetime and cannot be canceled. Monthly subscriptions will need to be canceled if you sell the vehicle. 

New services should display in your car’s Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system after a restart, provided the car has an active data connection.
