Important considerations before deleting your Porsche ID

Your Porsche ID account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Deleting your Porsche ID will end access to digital services like Porsche Connect, Charging Service, and any Porsche vehicles and services linked to your account. All service configurations will be reset and unusable.

How do I delete my Porsche ID in the My Porsche app?

Open the My Porsche app (login required)

Tap Account

Tap My Profile

Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Porsche ID account. You will be redirected to the mobile version of My Porsche.

Under the section Delete Porsche ID, tap Delete account permanently

Confirm that you wish to delete your Porsche ID with the mentioned consequences and click Delete account permanently to finish the process

How do I delete my Porsche ID on the My Porsche website?

Click the person icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen

Click Profile Settings

Click Login & Security

Under the section Delete Porsche ID, click Delete account permanently
