How to delete a Porsche ID

If you’ve sold your Porsche or no longer need a Porsche ID, this guide will show you how to delete it in My Porsche.

Before You Delete Your Porsche ID  

Please review the following important points:

Your Porsche ID profile will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Once deleted, you will no longer have online access to your vehicles, services or other Porsche digital features. All service configurations will be reset and will no longer be usable. Customer data held by Official Porsche Centers will remain on file. If you wish to end your relationship with your Porsche Center and request removal of that data as well, please contact them directly.

Delete Your Porsche ID in the My Porsche App

Open the My Porsche app.Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).Tap My Profile.Tap Porsche ID. You'll be redirected to the web version of My Porsche.Tap Delete Porsche ID, then tap Delete account permanently.Review the consequences, then tap Delete account permanently to confirm.

Frequently asked questions

If you have multiple Porsche IDs, delete any you don’t need (see above). If a Porsche ID you no longer need has linked vehicles, contact Customer Support. 

No, your Porsche ID remains active and can be updated with new vehicles. Be sure to remove any sold vehicle from your profile to end active contracts and prevent subscription renewals.
