Before You Delete Your Porsche ID

Please review the following important points:

Your Porsche ID profile will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Once deleted, you will no longer have online access to your vehicles, services or other Porsche digital features. All service configurations will be reset and will no longer be usable.

Customer data held by Official Porsche Centers will remain on file. If you wish to end your relationship with your Porsche Center and request removal of that data as well, please contact them directly.

Delete Your Porsche ID in the My Porsche App

Open the My Porsche app.

Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).

Tap My Profile.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Porsche ID account. You will be redirected to the web version of My Porsche.

Under Delete Porsche ID, tap Delete account permanently.

Review the consequences, then confirm by tapping Delete account permanently to complete the process.

Delete Your Porsche ID on the Web

Go to Porsche.com.

Click the person icon in the top right corner.

Select Log in and enter your Porsche ID credentials.

From the Account menu, select Profile Settings.

Click Login & Security.

Select Delete Porsche ID to expand the section.

Click Delete account permanently and follow the on-screen instructions.

No, your Porsche ID remains active and can be updated with new vehicles. Be sure to remove any sold vehicle from your profile to end active contracts and prevent subscription renewals.
