How can I change my billing address for Porsche Connect Services?

You can update your billing address for Porsche Connect Services through the My Porsche app or the web portal. The process differs slightly depending on whether you’re changing it for future contracts or existing ones.

This article applies to all makes and models

Open the My Porsche app and Tap AccountTap Account>My ProfileUnder “Manage Profile,” tap Edit profile data to be redirected to the mobile version of your profile. Scroll to Addresses to edit, remove, or add a new address.Choose either a home or business address.Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address).Click Save

Login to My Porsche in your browser.Click on the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.Click on Profile Settings.Scroll down to Addresses.Edit, remove or add a new address.Choose between a home or business address.Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address).Click Save.ca

Your updated preferred address will now be used for all billing and communications. You may store up to five addresses under your profile.

Change of country in your address for ongoing contracts

To update your billing address to a new country:

First, cancel your current contract. For instructions, see the section “Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services” in "How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?". After the cancellation becomes effective, wait one full day. Then you can resubscribe using your new address. For details, see “Purchase of Porsche Connect Services” in "How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect Services?".
