How can I check for Porsche charging hardware software updates?

You can check to see if there’s a new software update available for the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect and the Porsche Wall Charger Connect on the Porsche Website. There are two ways to check the software version that’s currently installed on your charging hardware:

Via the equipment settings section of the My Porsche app (Account>Charging equipment>Select your hardware> Equipment settings).Via the Software update settings section of the Porsche charging hardware directly (Settings>Scroll down to the second page>Software update>version is displayed on the bottom of the screen).

How can I check for service measures or recalls on my Porsche charging hardware?

Check for service measures or recall campaigns for your Porsche charging hardware on the Porsche website by selecting your hardware model and entering the serial number.

You can find the name of the charging model and the 7-digit serial number starting with the letters “SN” either on the back or the side of the nameplate.
