What is the ChargePoint® roaming platform, and how do I access it?
Porsche has partnered with ChargePoint® to expand customer access to public charging stations on multiple networks. By bringing the ChargePoint roaming platform into the Porsche Charging Service, you can now access over 102,000 AC (J1772) and DC (CCS) chargers directly from the My Porsche app and PCM.
This article applies to all electric models.
How do I gain access to the ChargePoint roaming platform?
To gain access to the ChargePoint roaming platform, you must have an active Porsche Charging Service Premium plan or be within the Porsche Charging Service Inclusive Period. Then create a ChargePoint account in the My Porsche app.

What networks are included in the ChargePoint roaming platform?
In addition to the Electrify America™ network that has been in the Porsche Charging Service, you now have access to stations on the ChargePoint, EV Connect®, EVgo®, Flo®, and Ionna™ networks.
Do I pay additional cost for initiating the charging session via the My Porsche app?
No, the price will be the same regardless of how you initiate the session.
Is the ChargePoint roaming platform eligible for free charging during the Porsche Charging Inclusive plan?
No, 30 minutes of inclusive charging is only valid at Electrify America stations.
What are the advantages of bringing the ChargePoint roaming platform into the Porsche Charging Service?
Bringing the ChargePoint roaming platform into the Porsche Charging Service allows you to locate, navigate to, and activate more charging stations all from the My Porsche app and PCM. You no longer need multiple apps to access these stations. Additionally, it allows for convenient monthly billing and payment options for any on-the-road charging through the My Porsche app.
