How to change your Porsche ID password

If you need to update your Porsche ID password or have forgotten it, you can do so easily through the My Porsche app or website.

This article applies to all models

My Porsche app

Open the My Porsche app on your phone.

Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).

Tap My Profile.

Tap Change or reset (in the section 'Manage Profile'). You will be redirected to the mobile version of My Porsche.

Tap Password.

Tap Edit to change your password.

Enter your current password and new password, then click Next.

Navigate to Porsche’s homepage.

Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen

Click on Log in and enter your Porsche ID credentials.

From the Account menu (person icon), click on Profile settings.

Click on Login & Security.

Click on Password.

Click Edit to change your password.

Enter your current password and new password, then click Next.

The new password will be valid for all Porsche applications. You will need to log in again to each application using your new password.
