Open the My Porsche app (Apple App Store/Google Play Store) on your phone (login required). If you have more than one car, tap the arrow next to your car’s name and select the correct one. Tap Vehicle Details below your car’s name. Tap Make Appointment. Select your Porsche Center. Your preferred Porsche Center is preselected. You can select a different Porsche Center by tapping Change Porsche Center*. Enter the current mileage. If your car has Smart Services enabled, this will fill in automatically. Select the services you want performed on your car. The available services may vary by Porsche Center. Tap on Transportation option to select your preferred method of transportation. The available transportation options, including courtesy shuttles and loaner cars, will vary by Porsche Center. Tap Service Advisor to select your preferred service advisor, or select No Preference to be matched with the first available advisor. Select your preferred appointment time and tap Continue Review the appointment summary and tap Book service appointment to confirm You will receive an email and an inbox message in the My Porsche app with your appointment details.

Ensure location services are enabled for the My Porsche app in your phone’s settings Check if your phone's general location services are turned on Confirm your Porsche ID and account details are updated If the area has weak GPS/data connectivity, accuracy may be affected
