How to Change Your Billing Address in My Porsche

To update your billing address for Porsche Connect Services or Porsche Charging Service, use either the My Porsche app or a browser.

This article applies to all makes and models

Using the My Porsche App

Open  My Porsche app

Tap Account > My Profile

Under “Manage Profile”, tap Edit profile data to be redirected to the mobile version of your profile

Scroll to Addresses  to edit, remove, or add a new address.

Choose either a home or business address

Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address)

Click Save

Scroll to Addresses to edit, remove, or add a new address

Choose either a home or business address

Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address)

Click Save

Your updated preferred address will now be used for billing and communications. You may store up to five addresses.
