How do I activate and manage my ChargePoint® account?

Access to the ChargePoint® roaming platform is part of the inclusive period and the Porsche Charging Service Premium plan. To access these charging stations, create a ChargePoint account within the My Porsche app for each vehicle. 

This article applies to all electric models.

From the My Porsche app home screen, click the Account tab.Click Charging Service.If you do not have an active ChargePoint account associated to your vehicle, you will have the opportunity to create one.The fields should be pre-populated with your user data. Confirm the information is correct.Review and agree to ChargePoint’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Then click Create account.You will then be taken back to the Charging Service page, and a confirmation banner will appear. You can then see your account is active.

Activation is successful if you see it in the My Porsche App under subscription> ChargePoint logo> “Account active. You have access to the ChargePoint network.” It may take a few minutes to create your account.

A new ChargePoint account must be created and associated to the Porsche Charging Service account for each individual vehicle to protect user privacy.

If you have an active Porsche Charging Service subscription and still don’t see the ChargePoint account please call 1-800-Porsche for assistance.

From the My Porsche home screen, go to the Account tab and Charging Service page.Tap Remove access under the ChargePoint network section.Confirm you want to remove access, and you will be taken back to the Charging Service page and a confirmation banner will appear.
