Renewing Porsche Connect Services
Any Porsche Connect Service with an end date can be renewed shortly before expiration. Based on your preferences, you’ll receive an email or text notification in My Porsche about the service that is about to expire. Monthly contracts automatically renew each month unless cancelled manually.
Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services
To cancel a subscription:
If you sell your vehicle and remove it from your Porsche ID, the contract will be cancelled automatically.
To cancel a Porsche Connect Service:
You may cancel within 14 days of activation by emailing soporteclientes@porsche.com. For full details on cancellations and terms, see the terms of use.
If you cancel during an inclusive period, you can re-activate the service later without any additional fees. However, please note that the end date of the inclusive period remains unchanged as defined with the initial activation.

How can I change the payment method of an active subscription?
Please note:
You can only change the payment method for contracts with recurring monthly payments. This option is not available for contracts with a one-time payment.
The change of payment method applies only to the selected contract. If you want to update the payment method for all your subscriptions, please repeat the steps above for each subscription.

What can I do if a service status remains stuck in "Activation still in progress"?

Can I transfer services to my new Porsche?
Porsche Connect Services are purchased for a specific car. When you sell a car, the services are retained and can be used by the new owner during the remaining term of the service contract. It is not possible to transfer services to other cars.
Why am I still being charged after selling my Porsche?
If automatic renewal was activated, the contract continues unless canceled. To avoid charges, cancel the contract in the Connect Store after selling the vehicle.
When is a newly activated service available in the car?
New services should appear in your vehicle’s Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system after a restart, provided the vehicle has an active data connection.
Do I have to cancel Connect if I sell my Porsche?
Unlimited Function on Demand purchases remain with the vehicle for its lifetime and cannot be canceled. Monthly subscriptions will need to be canceled if you sell the vehicle.
