I don’t see a link to the digital maintenance history in the My Porsche app. What can I do?
The link to the digital maintenance history will only appear after your car has undergone its first service at an authorized Porsche Dealer. This is when your initial service entry will appear in the system and applies only to services performed from April 2025 onwards.
Why can’t I see any older entries in my car’s maintenance history?
Currently, the maintenance history only includes records from services performed after April 2025. Any maintenance carried out before this date is not available in the system. If you require documentation for services prior to April 2025, your Porsche Dealer will be happy to assist you with providing the necessary records.
My Porsche service history doesn’t show any data. What can I do?
If your service history appears empty, please contact your local Porsche Dealer. They can check whether your car’s service records are available and help resolve any issues.
