How to view your car’s maintenance history in the My Porsche app
Frequently asked questions
The link to the digital maintenance history will only appear after your car has undergone its first service at an authorized Porsche Dealer. This is when your initial service entry will appear in the system and applies only to services performed from April 2025 onwards.
Currently, the maintenance history only includes records from services performed after April 2025. Any maintenance carried out before this date is not available in the system. If you require documentation for services prior to April 2025, your Porsche Dealer will be happy to assist you with providing the necessary records.
If your service history appears empty, please contact your local Porsche Dealer. They can check whether your car’s service records are available and help resolve any issues.
