How do I use a promo code to purchase Porsche Connect services?

If you’ve received a promo code for Porsche Connect services, you can redeem it during the purchase process in the Porsche Connect Store. Promo codes are sent out by email for certain promotions or displayed as banners in the Porsche Connect Store during the promotional period.

At checkout, in the Apply Promo Code field enter your code. After entering the code, click + Add to apply the discount. Once you enter the code the total payable will be reduced by the discounted amount.

Redeeming a Porsche Connect promotional code in the shopping basket

The code is case sensitive. This means you need to enter it exactly as it is shown, i.e., with capital letters and no spaces. We recommend copying and pasting the code. You will need to click the button + Add to apply the discount.

At the end of a campaign period, the Porsche Connect promo code will expire and no longer be accepted. To find out the expiry date of a promo code, please refer back to the email in which it was supplied or check the details on the relevant banner in the Porsche Connect store.
