How to factory reset your Porsche Communication Management

You can factory reset your Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system to restore it to its original settings. A factory reset deletes all saved settings and personal data.

Below are the steps to reset the PCM to its factory settings. After confirming the reset, please wait for the PCM to restart and for the welcome screen to appear. Depending on your car’s model year, the names of the menu options below may vary slightly. To find out your model year, see the article What is the model year of my Porsche?.
