What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it – or opt for a passwordless login – to ensure secure and flexible access to your Porsche ID.

Reset your password  

If you’ve forgotten your password:  

Go to the Porsche ID login page.Enter your Porsche ID (email address) and click Continue with password.  Click on the Forgot your password? link located below the password input field. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and then confirm it to complete the reset process. 

Log in without a password  

On the login page, you also have the option to log in without a password.  

Click the button Login with email.  You will receive an email with a link to access your Porsche ID account.  Click on the link in the email to log in to your account securely. 

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my Porsche ID?  

Your Porsche ID is normally the email address you used when registering for My Porsche. If you can’t remember your Porsche ID then please contact Porsche Customer Service (details below).
