Where can I find the status of my Porsche order?

Porsche Track Your Dream is a digital service available in the My Porsche app. It allows you to track your Porsche order from the moment you place it right up to when the car is delivered, allowing you to stay updated on the status of your new car in real time. In addition, you’ll receive images of the production process as cars reach certain milestones, so the waiting time becomes part of the Porsche experience.

Access to Porsche Track Your Dream

In order to track your Porsche order, you'll need to do the following:

Download the My Porsche app from the App Store if you haven’t already installed it (Apple App Store/Google Play Store).Check to see if you’ve received an email invitation for Porsche Track Your Dream. Once your order is confirmed, you'll automatically receive an email with an invitation link.Click on the email invitation link. After clicking on the Register now to Track Your Dream link you'll be directed to the My Porsche app, where you'll be able to track the status of your car.

Order tracking

Porsche Track Your Dream will give you information about key milestones right up until your new Porsche arrives. The real-time tracking data of your Porsche order is taken directly from our production systems to help ensure greater accuracy and transparency.

After production

Around two weeks before your scheduled delivery date, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your car for use in the My Porsche app. Click the link in the email and follow the steps to add your car.

Frequently asked questions

You'll receive an inbox message in your My Porsche app or a push notification on your device (if activated) once pictures from the production of your car are available.

Please check your inbox for your invitation mail and, if necessary, your spam folder. If you haven’t received an invitation email, please contact your Porsche Centre.

There are multiple opportunities during the manufacturing process of your Porsche for pictures to be taken of it, dependent on model. If you haven’t received any pictures yet, your car might be at an early stage and no pictures have been taken yet.

If your Porsche build has advanced to later milestones and pictures are still unavailable, it might be due to technical issues or the rejection of the image because objects/people are in it.

Please note, Porsche Track Your Dream is currently being rolled out. Images are not yet available for the Cayenne. The Zuffenhausen and Leipzig production facilities are already live, and other locations will go live in due course. We apologise if your car isn’t covered by Porsche Track Your Dream at the moment and ask for your understanding. However, your Porsche Centre will be happy to keep you informed of your Porsche order.

If you successfully signed up for Porsche Track Your Dream, you should receive information about your car more frequently once it reaches the first milestone. If updates stop, there might be a technical issue or a delay in data synchronisation.
