How can I activate and deactivate Auto Start Stop in my Porsche?

The Auto Start Stop function automatically turns off the engine when your car has stopped and automatically restarts it when you resume driving to minimise idle time. This helps decrease fuel usage and emissions. This is particularly beneficial if you frequently need to come to a stop at traffic lights or in congestion. The ignition remains on even when the engine is switched off automatically, while all safety functions are still available.
