Porsche ID

Your Porsche ID is your personal digital key. Use it to log into Porsche services, websites and apps, as well as your vehicle.

As the owner of a Porsche, you can add other people – for example, family members – as secondary users (additional drivers) to your car and its Connect services. Each secondary user then gets their own Porsche ID and can configure the services according to their personal preferences.

Managing Driver Profiles with Porsche ID

The Macan uses the key to identify who is driving. The linked Porsche ID automatically loads the corresponding driver profile with all saved settings. Up to 5 drivers can register with their own Porsche ID in the vehicle.

Your profile stores settings such as:

Seat, steering wheel, and mirror positions Radio stations, navigation preferences, climate control Instrument cluster and PCM display settings Driver assistance system preferences Sound profile and driving modes

Important: For personalisationto work, Porsche Connectmust also be activated alongside your Porsche ID.

The active Porsche ID in the vehicle is automatically saved to the key in use when exiting the car.

Tip: Use a separate vehicle key for each main or secondary driver. The user profile last linked to a specific key will be activated upon entry, restoring your most recent settings.
