What are Porsche Preferred Partners and how do I benefit from them?

In addition to public charging stations, our preferred partners also offer a wide network of charging options with preferential pricing. Our preferred partners have been selected according to Porsche standards and offer high charging output. You can charge at a special price of 39p per kWh with Porsche Charging Service Plus. Our preferred partners in Europe include Porsche Charging Lounges, participating Porsche Centres and IONITY charging options.

Porsche Preferred Partners are selected mobility and charging providers that collaborate closely with Porsche to support the Porsche Charging Service. By charging at stations operated by these partners, you can benefit from preferential conditions and reduced charging rates, especially when using Porsche Charging Service Plus.

Preferred Partner charging stations:

Porsche Sales & Marketplace (turbo chargers at Porsche Centres), Porsche Charging Lounge, Porsche Factory, IONITY, Audi Charging Hubs, Aral pulse in Germany (until 31.08.2026), Iberdrola in Spain & Portugal (until 21.12.2028), Zunder in Spain & France (until 31.12.2026), GOFAST in Switzerland (until 14.07.2026), Eldrive in Lithuania, Bulgaria & Romania (until 31.12.2026), Fines Charging in Bulgaria (until 31.12.2026).

Another special benefit:

Charging points operated by Preferred Partners are exempt from blocking fees.

What are blocking fees and why are they charged?

Charging stations often set a maximum charging time for cars to ensure that charging points are promptly released after use, maintaining availability for other users. If this time is exceeded, a blocking fee may apply.

By using the Porsche Charging Service, you accept the charging conditions outlined in the Terms of Use and the Porsche Charging Service Price List. This includes the blocking fee for exceeding the maximum charging duration allowed. Once your car has reached the desired charging level, we recommend ending the session and moving your car to avoid unnecessary fees.

Until 31.12.2026, blocking fees are limited to a maximum of 500 minutes per charging session. This limit applies to both the Porsche Charging Service and Porsche Charging Service Plus plans. Depending on the selected charging point, blocking fees are applied as follows:

Preferred Partner charging points: Are exempt from blocking fees. For more information, see the chapter below.AC charging points: Blocking fees only apply between 08:00 and 23:59 and only after six hours (360 minutes) of charging time. This regulation is valid until 31.12.2026.DC charging points: Blocking fees apply after 60 minutes of charging time.
