To ensure that the My Porsche app functions flawlessly, please make sure you have a stable internet connection and update the app to the latest version.
You can also request help in the app. By shaking your phone, you can call up the Report a bug function and send your feedback directly to our customer service team. Please note, you need to be logged into the My Porsche app to use the function.
To report a bug
Shake your phone while you are on the screen with the issue. A support form will appear on screen. Type in the description of the issue – please be as detailed as possible, adding information about the frequency of the issue and the first time the issue occurred. A screenshot of the last page is automatically added as an attachment, which you can view by clicking on the picture icon.For us to better understand how the issue occurred, previous screens will also be sent. To review these screens click Edit list. You can then also remove screens by clicking the rubbish bin icon. In addition, you have the option to create a screen recording. Or you can take additional screenshots yourself or select screenshots you have already taken from your photo gallery. To send your feedback, click the red Send icon in the top right-hand corner of the form. Your reported bug will then be reviewed and we will get in touch with you regarding the resolution or to ask further questions.
