How can I change my Porsche ID?

You can change your Porsche ID easily in just a few simple steps.

Log into My Porsche.Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then enter Profile SettingsClick on Login & Security.Here you’ll be able to change your Porsche ID by clicking Edit. You’ll then be asked to enter a new email address – which will be used as your new Porsche ID – and to enter your password.  Tick the checkbox to agree to the change.  Confirm the change by clicking on Save and verify.  A verification email will then be sent to the email address you selected as your new Porsche ID. Follow the email instructions to confirm the email address. Your new Porsche ID will now be valid for all Porsche applications (you will need to log into them again using your new Porsche ID).

Tap Account > My ProfileIn the Manage Profile section, tap Change or reset. You will be redirected to the ‘Login & Security’ section within the mobile version of My Porsche.  Here you can edit your Porsche ID by clicking Edit. You’ll then be asked to enter a new email address – which will be used as your new Porsche ID – and to enter your password. Tick the checkbox to agree to the change.  Confirm the change by clicking on Save and verify.  A verification email will be sent to the email address you selected as your new Porsche ID. Follow the email instructions to confirm the email address.  Your new Porsche ID will now be valid for all Porsche applications (you will need to log into them again using your new Porsche ID). 

What do I do when I have no longer access to my Porsche ID (email)? 

If you no longer have access to the email address linked with your Porsche ID account, you can follow these steps: 

Please check whether you’re still logged in to My Porsche. If you’re not logged in but you can still remember your password, log into My Porsche.  Here you can change your Porsche ID email to your new preferred email in the Login & Security section – also see details above. If you can’t remember your password, please contact Customer Service (contact details below) for assistance.
