How to arrange your service appointment online

Open My Porsche app (Apple App Store/Google Play Store) (login required) and tap on Vehicle details > Make appointment.

If you have more than one vehicle added to your Porsche ID Account, make sure that you choose the correct vehicle.

You will then be able to arrange a service appointment at your preferred Porsche Centre. Here you will be guided through the booking process step-by-step.

If, when searching for a nearby Porsche Centre, you find the location is inaccurate, you can do the following:

Ensure location services are enabled for the My Porsche app in your phone’s settings

Check if your phone's general location services are turned on

Confirm your Porsche ID and account details are updated

If the area has weak GPS/data connectivity, accuracy may be affected
